General Policy and Security

I fully respect and am committed to protecting your privacy. I will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

The type of information I would collect about you includes:-

• your name
• address
• phone number(s)
• email address

Sensitive information about you will never be collected without your explicit consent.
The information held will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that I hold about you by getting in touch. If you find any inaccuracies I will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information held will be held securely in accordance with national security policy and the law.

In order to effectively process credit or debit card transactions it may be necessary for the bank or card processing agency to verify your personal details for authorisation outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Such information will not be transferred out of the EEA for any other purpose.

If you wish to subscribe to my newsletter,  I will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. All new customers will be added to the list of subscribers. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters you may follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in each of the communications you receive. Alternatively you can login to your account area and change your settings.

Please note that any personal information that you submit through forms, letters, emails and the like is not encrypted and therefore may be collected by others. Any such information is sent at your own risk and you should therefore carefully consider its sensitivity before transmitting it. While I make every effort to keep the information that you supply directly or indirectly secure I would like to make you aware that the Internet in itself is not a completely secure medium.
