DELIVERY INFORMATION

Artwork and giftware can be delivered directly to your front door, wherever you are in the world, or alternatively, you are welcome to collect from my studio in Plymouth. The address is supplied at checkout, or can be found on the home page.

PLEASE NOTE THE STUDIO IS CURRENTLY CLOSED UNTIL 3RD JANUARY AND ANY WEBSITE ORDERS WILL BE DISPATCHED ON 4TH JANUARY. Original art can be collected during the festive period - please get in touch to arrange.

Shipping Costs to UK Mainland (Please select the appropriate option at checkout)

Single Gift / Homeware item / Unframed artwork - £2.95

Multiple Items - £5.95

Framed artwork - £7.95

Greeting cards & Vouchers - Please select Single Homeware.

Gallery collection is also available. The gallery is open Thursdays and Fridays 10.30 - 4 and Saturdays 10.30 - 1pm. Items can also be collected by appointment. Please contact Jackie to arrange a suitable time. Address information will be provided at checkout or alternatively it can be found on the website homepage.

Please select the delivery method that applies to the items you have purchased.

Items will be shipped within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Gift and homeware is usually less than 5 working days.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on it’s way!

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Please get in touch if you would like a quotation for overseas shipping. Please note framed work cannot be shipped overseas. I am happy to ship mounted or unframed work only.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your art or the product is damaged on delivery, please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss rectifying the issue at the earliest opportunity. Please email jackiegaleart@gmail.com or telephone 07513 439689. If you still have not received your artwork within ten working days of ordering, please do hot hesitate to get in touch.

If you decide that a piece is not for you, not a problem. Please get in touch within 7 days and either an exchange or a return and refund or exchange can be arranged, less the cost of the return shipping. Please could the original packaging be used to return the item, if possible.
