Holiday Home Art Gallery…
This is very exciting! I was recently invited to supply a collection of artwork to fill the walls of a beautiful new holiday home in the South Hams!
The Lookout is located in the South Devon coastal village of Battisborough Cross and is within walking distance of the very lovely Mothecombe Beach. A perfect location. The brief was ‘bright and cheery ‘ and to include a few local scenes. I was delighted to fit the bill and had great fun selecting the pieces with the owner of Rest Assured Properties, Patsy Tucker. The pieces work perfectly with the contemporary style of this wonderful coastal property and almost every room on the first floor has amazing views of the ocean.

Believe it or not, there are a few more!!! As a local artist, it is wonderful to see my work so beautifully displayed so close by for holidaymakers to enjoy. My studio isn’t far away at all from this residence so visitors can always come over and see some more, if they so wish!!

I’ve been collaborating with Rest Assured Properties for many years and know many of the holiday homes they run. I would stay in any of them!! - they are all wonderful and of course, located in the South Hams, an Area Of Natural Outstanding Beauty. I often have to pinch myself that I actually live here.
