DELIVERY INFORMATION

Artwork and giftware can be delivered directly to your front door, wherever you are in the world, or alternatively, you are welcome to collect from the Jackie Gale Art Gallery in Yealmpton, South Devon.

Shipping Costs to UK Mainland

Gift / Homeware items - £2.95 - This includes multiple items included in the order.

Framed and unframed artwork - £4.95. This Includes multiple items ordered. Please note that if you have ordered a combination of art and gifts, please select artwork.

Gallery collection is also available. The gallery is open Thursdays and Fridays 10.30 - 4 and Saturdays 10.30 - 1pm. Items can also be collected by appointment. Please contact Jackie to arrange a suitable time. Address information will be provided at checkout or alternatively it can be found on the website homepage.

Please select the delivery method that applies to the items you have purchased.

Items will be shipped within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Gift and homeware is usually less than 5 working days.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on it’s way!

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

This is calculated at checkout. The baseline shipping cost is £7.50 plus £1 per additional. item. Please allow up to 15 working days depending on country.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your art or the product is damaged on delivery, please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss rectifying the issue at the earliest opportunity. Please email jackiegaleart@gmail.com or telephone 07513 439689. If you still have not received your artwork within ten working days of ordering, please do hot hesitate to get in touch.

If you decide that a piece is not for you, not a problem. Please get in touch within 7 days and either an exchange or a return and refund or exchange can be arranged, less the cost of the return shipping. A courier will be arranged to colect the art but the artwork must return in the same unused condition as when originally sent. Please could the original packaging be used to return the item.
